    Contact me within 14 days of delivery.

     

    Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery.

     

    I don't accept cancellations.

    The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

     

    Custom or personalized orders

    Perishable products (like food or flowers)

    Digital downloads

    Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

     

    Conditions of return

     

    Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Notice

    All coasters are handmade to order.

    While each piece follows a set design and pattern, please note that if a particular thread colour runs out, it may be replaced with a similar shade or the colour proportions may be slightly adjusted.

     

    If any changes occur, we will send you an email with the final design for confirmation before completion.

    We kindly ask for your understanding of this process before placing an order.
